It is situated in the 19th century's stables. Its renovation, completed in 2007, allowed to keep its rustic spirit.
The inside is spacious, with wooden floors and exposed beams. Noting the aged sliding doors in very good preservation.
Keys are delivered on the spot by the owner.
Description
On the ground floor, a grand hall distributing a dining area with fitted kitchen, lounge and WC.
Upstairs, a large room with a bed of 140, a room with two beds 90 room with a bed of 140 and a bathroom with spa
shower and toilet.
Outdoor, private enclosed garden with raised wooden terrace, barbecue and garden furniture.
Equipment
Gas cooker, oven, fridge with freezer, micro wave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, television, DVD player, crockery and furniture for six persons. Sheets are provided. Towels on request.
Do not forget to let the gite as clean as you found it when you arrived. By the way, if you prefer, the owner can do the housework for you for a all-in of 45€.

The additional charges are varied according to the period of renting apart from high season (July and August) when the
renting price included the charges. For week-ends and mid-weeks, add 50% of the price of the right period.

The tax collected by the Cambremer's Community of Communes is included in the additional charges.
