This gîte, finished of renovating in 2006, is situated in the old workshop, built in the 19th century, in small red bricks typical of this age.
The inside is clear, with wooden floors and exposed beams. The main room has a high ceiling and a large mezzanine.

Description
On the ground floor, a fully open plan kitchen with the dinning room, one twin bedroom, one double bedroom with
private toilets, the shower room with massage shower and toilets.
On the first floor, one twin room and a mezzanine with the living room.
Outside, private garden with barbecue and garden equipment.
Equipment
Gas cooker, oven, fridge with freezer, micro wave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, television, DVD player, crockery and furniture for six persons. Sheets are provided. Towels on request.
Do not forget to let the gîte as clean as you found it when you arrived. By the way, if you prefer, the owner can do the housework for you for a all-in of 45€.

The additional charges are varied according to the period of renting apart from high season (July and August) when the
renting price included the charges. For week-ends and mid-weeks, add 50% of the price of the right period.

The tax collected by the Cambremer's Community of Communes is included in the additional charges.
