Completely renovated in 2005, it is situated in the old attendant's house built on the 19th century in small red bricks typical of this age.
The inside is personal and cosy, the bedrooms have still wooden floors and exposed beams.

Description
On the ground floor, the kitchen, the living room with a dinning corner, the shower room with toilets.
On the first floor, toilets, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom.
The annexe with washing machine, clothes-line, vacuum cleaner and accessories.
Outside, private garden with terrace, barbecue and garden equipment.
Equipment
Gas cooker, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, micro wave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, washing machine, iron and ironing board, television, DVD player, crockery and furniture for four persons. Sheets are provided. Towels on request.
Do not forget to let the gite as clean as you found it when you arrived. By the way, if you prefer, the owner can do the housework for you for a all-in of 30€.

The additional charges are varied according to the period of renting apart from high season (July and August) when the
renting price included the charges. For week-ends and mid-weeks, add 50% of the price of the right period.

The tax collected by the Cambremer's Community of Communes is included in the additional charges.
